How it works
Book a home survey
We send a qualified retrofit assessor to survey your entire home for roughly two hours. They'll look at everything - walls, roof, floors, windows, heating system, and ventilation - collecting data to inform our recommendations and plan.
An expert coordinator will walk you through our survey findings, which upgrades we recommend and in which order, with estimated costs, savings and install times. You decide which ones you’d like us to include in our design.
Get your BuildPack
We deliver a full plan and design for your chosen upgrades. The plan is split into phases, with detailed instructions on what exactly should be installed, how, where and when.
Take it to installers
We'll give you quotes from recommended, vetted contractors in our supply chain. Or you can take the pack to your own builders, architects or installers.
